SMOOTH SAILING AHEAD: MUST-HAVE TRAVEL DOCUMENTS FOR IT’S THE SHIP KOREA

Ahoy, Shipmates!

As the countdown to our epic shipcation for IT’S THE SHIP Korea draws near, the anticipation is building! You’ve secured your cabins, and now it’s time to prepare ourselves for the festival adventure of a lifetime.

Imagine yourself stepping aboard our home away from home, surrendering yourself for an unforgettable 4D3N experience and discovery.

But before we embark on this adventure at sea, let’s ensure that we’re prepared with all the essential travel documents for a seamless check-in process. We would hate for you to be left ashore! So anchor up, shipmates, and let’s dive into what you need to do before setting sail.

COSTA SERENA CRUISE E-TICKET (All Shipmates)

Your official Costa Serena Cruise E-Ticket will be sent to you via email closer to the sailing date. So keep a lookout for it. Each shipmate MUST present a printed copy of the e-ticket upon check-in

PASSPORT (All Shipmates)

Make sure your passport is valid with a minimum period of at least 6 months from our departure date (that’s May 23, 2024). So, check those expiration dates – nothing earlier than November 23, 2024!

VISA (Applicable for International shipmates who require it)

If you’re coming from a country that requires a VISA for entry into South Korea (Multiple Entry Visa) and Japan (Single Entry Visa), it’s on you to have that ready before we set sail.

Even if you do not plan to disembark in Nagasaki, Japan during our stopover, you must have a Japanese VISA regardless for those of you coming from countries that require it.

We highly recommend you check your country’s entry requirements into both South Korea and Japan.

K-ETA (Applicable for International shipmates who require it)

The Korea Electronic Travel Authorization (K-ETA) is mandatory if you’re coming from countries outside of Korea that require it. So, be sure to apply for it 3 days before arriving in South Korea. For more info on how to get your K-ETA sorted, check out this HERE

IMPORTANT: All required documents above must be presented in printed or original copy for verification purpose upon check in at Busan Port. Failure to provide all required documents could result in denial of entry.

So be sure to get your ducks in order in preparation for an epic voyage filled with music, memories, and moments you’ll never forget!
